As a current Planning Commissioner for the City of Chino, no candidate is better prepared to take the council seat and no candidate has a better understanding of Chino’s General Plan, development strategies, building regulations and city codes, to ensure we accept nothing less than the highest quality developments with Chino, without sacrificing Chino’s open space by allowing excessive high-density housing.
Mark’s Top Priorities include:
- Enhance Public Safety – Increase Neighborhood Police Patrols
- Follow the City’s General Plan – No More High-Density Housing
- Ensure Balanced Growth, Maintain Small Hometown Rural Feel
- Oppose Raising Taxes and Utility Fees, Balanced City Budget
